Welcome to our website.

This page is dedicated to the CT Youth Leadership Transformation Institutes. The CYLTI is one of the many programs offered by the International Leadership Transformation Institute, Inc. (ILTI) and International Business Ventures, LLC.

The ILTI is a non-profit youth organization in Connecticut founded in part to fulfill our dream of creating a free and safe place for at risk youth to learn.

Not only are kids able to learn Martial Arts, but they are given the opportunity to study academically, do homework, receive tutoring, enjoy group events, and just get away from the stress of everyday life, and have place of refuge.

OUR MISSION

The mission of ILTI, Inc. is to establish a youth oriented non-profit organization with the ambition to reach out to at risk youth on a one to one basis by empowering them with knowledge, confidence, and self pride through the philosophies and values taught in exercise science, martial science and military science.

This program is available for public schools, colleges and universities, community centers, churches and more.

Contact us for more details on how we can work together to support the youth in our community.

This website is also dedicated to the promotion of Health, Fitness and Good Nutrition to children and seniors in our community.

ILTI and CYLTI training program gives children a sense of belonging and teamwork. This sense of belonging encourages children to combat peer pressure, avoid gangs, and teaches them to solve conflict without violence. We also strive to give Seniors a safe place to train and interact.

ILTI strives to instill positive traits and values in our kids. We also teach the importance of a healthy mind and body and with this knowledge children learn the importance of remaining drug free and leading a productive life.

CYLTI' s program replaces many missing elements of our students' lives. Those elements include role models, figures of authority, a chance to set and reach goals, physical and mental conditioning and most important, a feeling of hope for the future and a belief in themselves.

Empowering them with these traits gives them the opportunity to become productive contributors to society.

OUR PROGRAM

In their efforts to give back to the community, instructors of CYLTI collectively have over one hundred years of health and fitness experience, martial arts experience and military experience and have implemented this program as an alternative for at-risk youth.

ILTI believes that unlike other sports programs, such as basketball, football, and baseball, a fitness / martial arts program provides something for everyone, because no one ever sits on the bench.

CYLTI programs follow a strict youth development philosophy. The focus is to teach leadership skills, goal setting and accomplishment, self-discipline, and self-confidence.

The program would takes place after school, three to four days per week, for a period of four to six weeks.

Upon completion of the program, each student would be awarded for his or her hard work during our awards ceremony.

CYLTI's goal is to service at least thirty to sixty participants ranging between the ages of 4 to 60+, based upon community interest and program funding.

Many of our program fees and costs will be supplemented by grants, donations and funding from the city, state and federal government.
